The west coast location of this modern facility was built with the goal of providing a constant increase in productivity in order to meet the growing needs of Custom Food Products and their customers. This facility is the perfect companion to the company’s east coast plant in Owingsville, Kentucky In addition, the new facility operates in an environment designed to meet and exceed the growing concerns and initiatives for food safety. The company hopes that its new Carson location will allow Custom Food to immediately increase its production capacity, and have the ability to further expand its capacity incrementally over time.

For over 24 years, Custom Food and its predecessors have been developing, manufacturing and marketing pre-cooked meat, poultry and pork products sold primarily to manufacturers of branded and private label packaged foods. Custom Food employs approximately 325 individuals on a full-time basis.
